I'm a hard working, honest, patient, friendly and approachable individual, willing and able to adapt, open to change, and I love to learn and continuously improve.
I spent 15 years working at sea, in various positions covering guest services, administration and finance. Though I love traveling, I treasure the people I meet more than anything. My past experiences, good and bad, have enriched my life and I'm truly blessed by it because it enabled my personal growth and maturity.
Now I enjoy giving back to my community by teaching Sunday School and helping to develop young minds.
I'm very good at guest and client relations and have a strong aptitude for administration, but I enjoy work most when the two are combined. I also have many years of experience in cash handling and am very comfortable with small and large amounts, whether cash or credit card transactions.
I have a Diploma in Hotel Operations and Management, but have also studied languages (German, French and Spanish, though I don't speak German anymore), have a Certificate in Copy-editing and Proofreading and a have taken a short course in HR management practices (non-accredited).
