•Function as top-level contact to assist end users and divisional managers in determining IT requirements and solutions
•Develop systems and policies to enable confidentiality and reliability of corporate data, proprietary information, and intellectual property.
•Project Management.
•VOIP- Telecommunications Administration (Swapping phone lines, changing access and adding new extensions etc)
•Production System Administration
•Server Backups and Administrator (Veritas Backup Exec 12.5, Redstor Cloud System)
•Syspro support.
•UPS Implementation and Maintenance with Auto-Start Generator.(for 3 Sites)
•Bitdefender Antivirus Administration and Support
•LAN Administration
•Cellular Services (Maintain Corporate contract with MTN and all related issue’s
•Network Printing Administration
•Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems
•CCTV Implementation and Administration
•WSUS Servers Administration
•Administration and Maintaining of 5 Servers running MS Server 2012 R2 64Bit
A+ and N+ , NQF Level 5 system support Engineer .
