I am a committed and self-motivated IT Support Technician with over 3 years of practical experience in end user support, network infrastructure, and systems administration. I am currently supporting more than 200 users at Online Intelligence (PTY LTD), primarily troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues and executing general server and database maintenance. I have several industry-standard relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft AZ-900 Fundamentals, and Fortinet NSE 1–3.

I qualify as proficient in Windows environments and Office 365 administration, as well as with various remote support tools i.e., RDP, TeamViewer, and AnyDesk. My work ethic, technical aptitude, and focus on service excellence, the service I provide has regularly allowed for a high ticket-resolution and user productivity level. I have a passion for technology and I continually seek to improve my skill set and learning opportunities in a fast-paced IT environment.

I have worked over three years as an IT Support Technician at Online Intelligence (PTY LTD), where I provided technical support to over 200 end-users. My duties included troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and server issues; installing and upgrading computer equipment and software; managing IT assets; and providing some assistance with database administration. Furthermore, I have solved over 30 support tickets daily (with a 95% resolution rate) with some part of that's remote support and after-hours support.

Additionally, I have experience with various tools like Office 365, SQL, Tomcat, VPNs, and remote access like RDP, TeamViewer, and AnyDesk.

I have obtained a number of important industry certifications that bolster my IT support knowledge base, including CompTIA A+ (2019), Network+ (2020), and Security+ (2022). I hold a Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)(2024) certification, as well as Fortinet NSE 1, 2 and 3 certifications in network security. These credentials provide a solid foundation in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and cloud fundamentals.
