People always remember how you treated them the very first .That is the motto i live by during the years of service and training in the hospitality industry.I am 36 year old male with 15 years in the hospitaly trade.I have Barista and mixology training.And have worked front of house as a host and front of house trainee manager.For the last 5 years I've gained experience in the Garden Route,As it being a tourist destinantion I learned alot about customer service and up selling working in a team environment and to take pride in your work.Ive recently moved to Cape town and I would like to continue in the industry as my passion is customer satisfaction.
