Started off my career at cci contact centers and then later moving over to Synergy contact Centre. I have started off my career in 2015 with cci contact centers, I have more than 8 years of experience in management. I later then moved over to synergy contact center as an operations Manager for sales campaigns. I am target driven and deadline orientated. Ensuring clients meet the goals and objectives set or expected.
I have an Contact center management N4 qualification which i have completed through SEATA ,
i am currently studying business management .
