I have mostly been in the sales and customer service sector ,with knowledge on how to relate to customer experience and satisfaction. I thrive off face to face customer interaction as I feel this is a valuable characteristic in the sales/customer service industry. I am a fast learner and always made it my point to know the various products & services of the different companies I have worked as I do believe this is a good trait to have to achieve customer satisfaction. My past experiences includes goal settings, forecasting as well as reaching targets.

I have done various courses which are mostly business orientated, I am wanting to complete my business administration degree. The subjects that I have done is marketing, business management, communication, business law, economics and computing.
