Greetings.
My first permanent job was in a restaurant where I started as a sculler, worked my way through all sections and became a junior supervisor; my passion and enthusiasm for the industry led me to get formal education in the sector. However, before and after having obtained a ‘National Diploma in Hotel Operations and Management’ and as life happened, I also gained experience in other sectors. So, I also have experience in ‘Office Administration’, ‘Call Centre’, Sales&Marketing ‘Training Manager’, ‘Loans Clerk’, ‘Housekeeping Caretaker’ and I am currently working as a Head Cook for a central kitchen.
Nevertheless, my family relocated to the Overberg from Cape Town four years ago and I am looking for a suitable permanent opportunity.
