I have 16 years experience as a Customer Service Advisor in the motor industry working 8 years for Maritime Motors ( Mercedes, Honda, Mitsubishi, Kia Dealership). I did Honda, Kia and Mitsubishi. I worked with Kerridge Autoline, booking in customers, completing job cards, sort out warranty claims, ordering parts, scheduling the washbay, drivers and following up with customers and technicians.
My CSI was always high and never below 96%. I relocated to Gauteng and resigned due to my husband being transferred here from Port Elizabeth. I am available immediately.
In terms of the motor industry, I spend 8 years with Williams Hunt Delta as a Customer Service Advisor and 8 years with Maritime Motors looking after Honda, Kia and Mitsubishi. I understand the full job function from booking in cars, completing job cards, systems, ordering of parts, following up with customers, different departments, warranties, etc. I worked with Kerridge Autoline in the business. I enjoy working with customers, giving good service hence my CSI was never below 96%.
