I was under internship at sebokeng hospital I worked at Out Patient Department(OPD) in patients adminstration,compiling of monthly report providing patients record filing procedure,issuing patients registration number,scheduling patients consultation With doctors,capturing patients details on TPH31,providing patients discharge,tracking patients movement through ward list and bed numbers,general filing and retrieval of patients record,answering phone calls,making copies,capturing patients details on TPH 21,also worked as ward clerk.
