Provide proactive support to the Provincial Sales Manager, SBIS and their staff in the day-to-day operational co-ordinational and administration of the Provincial business portfolio. This includes responsibility for monitoring, co-ordination, administering and reporting to all projects, as well as managing routine office requirements. Provide a 1st line customer service/ support for SBIS by ensuring that all escalated customer matters are prioritised, responded to and resolved on a timely basis through the correct channels.
