I am a college graduate who has obtained his Diploma in Information Technology through Damelin College. I have 1 year of experience working for Retailability as a Desktop Support Engineer/Technician. I am always looking for an opportunity to broaden my knowledge through the IT field as well as assisting and offering support to those in need. At Retailability I assisted stores with their point of sales terminals, when they used to log tickets to us via Freshdesk or ServiceDesk we would remote into the till and troubleshoot and assist to our best ability. I assisted head office users, area managers, store managers and distribution center users as well when they would have laptop and desktop issues. I also delt with projects and rollouts when there was new software to implement or new hardware that needed to be configured and shipped to stores and users.
