I am Mbali, a motivated 2025 Matric graduate from Phakama Secondary School in Cape Town. I am fluent in both English and isiXhosa, with a clear speaking voice and excellent listening skills. I am patient, friendly, and enjoy helping people solve problems.

Unfortunately i don't have basic computer skills but i am a fast learner, I am reliable, punctual, and work well under pressure. I am seeking my first opportunity as a call centre agent and I am available for day or night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. I can start immediately.
