My name is Mnelisi Mfeka, and I am ready to start the next chapter in my life. With both my educational and professional background in the Information Technology and Technical Customer Support, Customer Services, Leads Generation to Sales environment, Administration and Assistant Duties, I believe I have what it takes and willing to prove myself as an asset.
I have 3 years of on site and remote experience in Technical Support, Customer Service and Support, Leads Research-Sales support including online and physical technical support duties, administration and customer support, handling and maintaining customer accounts, Customer Service duties and using company systems including but not limited to systems such as Microsoft, VMWare, Serenova, LiveVox, VC Dial amongst many.
I am also qualified with a National Diploma in Information Technology.
