In my current role as a Sales Development Representative at ShiftRx, I work closely with both pharmacy professionals and healthcare facilities across the United States, handling inbound and outbound service calls, chatbot inquiries, and support email management. This role has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, resolve issues efficiently, and manage multiple systems simultaneously, including CRMs like HubSpot to communication tools like Slack and Zoom all while maintaining accuracy, empathy, and professionalism. I’ve learned the importance of precision, time management, and maintaining a friendly, solution-oriented approach with every interaction.
Prior to that, I served as a Virtual Assistant at Greenlight Care Services UK, where I handled scheduling, client communication, and administrative tasks for a healthcare staffing team. My responsibilities included coordinating logistics, processing invoices, and managing client records, all of which required exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
