• Send monthly invoices and statements once available. Ensure that all payments are received and allocated appropriately.
• Oversee and manage the collection process by driving the implementation of collection procedure. Attend to queries as escalated by Salesperson. Prepare and capture journals. Investigate and prepare credits when necessary.
• Monitor the age analysis. Meet and complete daily targets set by managements on reduction of the outstanding debts.

Credit Controller at Media24 (2013-01 – 2022-12)

• Investigate and analyze suspicious or potential fraudulent payments.
• Verify and follow up on invoices, statements and payments and ensure the timeless collection of outstanding / arrears in accordance with collection procedures.
• Report on potential bad debts, recovery thereof and escalation if required. Obtain commitment to pay.
