Through her career growth, Nomaphoso has become a strategic leader in Project and Programme Management, servicing public and private built environment sector clients, property developers and infrastructure investors in the Energy, Higher Education and Rail Sectors. She has extensive experience in enhancing organisational efficiency, fostering innovation, and developing infrastructure.

She has a proven ability to lead high-impact initiatives, including setting up and managing project management offices (PMOs). Nomaphoso's tenure at Eskom, spanning over ten years between 2010 and 2018, has seen her take on key roles as a project manager and senior management positions in the Primary Energy and Group Capital Divisions, respectively.
