I am a 34 year old single woman . I am a hard working individual and very consistent with my duties and always strive to do better and eager to learn when opportunity is given.
I have more than 7 years of experience working as call centre agent/customer service advisor and general administrator. in my working experience i have been working with customers over the phone, helping customers with their enquiries, capturing personal details , validating personal documentation and solving their complaints and problems. I have worked in local and international call centres, and there are the skills i have obtained: Telephone etiquette, data capturing, problem solver, computer literacy, communication, soft skills, Excel, Microsoft , Word ,Outlook, Teams, Email.
I have Grade 12 as a qualification and matriculated in 2008. In the past 2 years i was studying in Unisa for a Psychology / social worker but the degree is incomplete.
