As an administrative worker, my role is essentially the central hub that keeps the entire organization structured, operational, and moving forward. I ensure everything—from paperwork to internal communication to critical schedules—is handled seamlessly. Essentially, I am the backbone of the office—the person who translates chaos into structure and ensures that leaders and teams can focus exclusively on their core mission, knowing the logistical details are perfectly handled.

• Oversee the coordination and monitoring of project schedules, equipment and information.
• Liaised with the Programme Manager to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
• Attended monthly management meetings to report upon milestone progress and any key risks and issues regarding project milestones to the Programme Manager.
• Monitored and reported on key project milestones, mitigation actions on risks and issues, provided status updates and highlight reports.
• Worked closely with middle management, in completing two projects from managing its scope to closing the project using standardized approved Project Management Guidelines.
• Implemented Agile skills, which enabled me to quickly progress into the acting role of Junior Project Manager.
• Researched, collected and evaluated project data necessary to meet project reporting and evaluation requirements.
• Identified and documented project issues and risks in information technology ( IT) project plans and escalate to senior management.
