• Conducting physical checks on labour force and record individual activity on timesheet.
• Calculating labour hours per activity and submit timesheets to office.
• Obtain labour requirements from Site Agent and recruit and sign on labourers when required.
• Allocate jobs to labourers every morning according to site agents instruction.
• Ordering supplies from supplier according to requirements.
• Assisting Site Agent with hiring of small or big plants/machinery.
• Conducting and compiling of plant hours, fuel issues and mileages on weekly basis.
