I generated leads for one of our best insurance clients such as Avbob, Assupol, Car Track, etc. I had to put my sales and customer service foot forward to ensure that I am able to help the customer choose wisely and use the campaings services. This was a part time Jon because i was still studying.

I worked as a customer service advisor for a campaign based in the United States of America and also has to assist in promoting our services. I placed orders for customers, tracked orders, escalated queries to relevant teams as well. I worked for our email, calls and webchat department. I also worked hand in hand with our billing department.
