As a qualified, results-driven, and certified (CPIM) operations manager with over 12 years experience, driving successful plant operations, productivity, and revenue growth in fast-paced factory settings, I am presently looking for new opportunities and would like to present my CV for consideration for a senior-level position within your organization.
At present, I am working with Sarya For Trading & Industry (Abu Dhabi) as Factory Operations Manager,
wherein my responsibilities include managing and overseeing all production operations of the factory,
implementing, and maintaining quality standards, finding ways to reduce costs, allocating resources, hiring new employees, identifying places of waste, and ensuring worker safety.
Before this, I worked with reputed organizations like Tetra Gulf Group (Abu Dhabi), El-Teitel for Detergents &
Soap Industry (Sudan), The Elie Group of Companies (Sudan), and Sudanese Sugar Company (Sudan).
Given my managerial acumen, I have proven expertise in establishing production budgets, plans, and schedules,
maintaining equipment, allocating resources, implementing safety and environmental policies, and motivating staff to achieve business goals. My key focus is on improving processes using standard methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma, cutting operational costs, reducing safety risk, and maximizing efficiency. I am adept at successfully enhancing operational strategies, innovating new processes, and managing overall plant functionality to maximize productivity and efficiency while reducing costs and achieving production goals.
