I have a degree in economics and a bookkeeping certification that I completed online. I worked at IKEA for six years in customer service. At the same time, I worked as a part-time bookkeeper for a small pastry business. I have nearly six months of experience using QuickBooks and 18 months with Wave. I speak 4 languages, English, French, Arabic, and Turkish.

During my journey in customer service, I was handling inbound and outbound calls, order management, and quick resolutions. Later, I was transferred to a back-office role within the same company, where I managed different tasks.

I have a degree in economics that I completed in 2024. I also took some bookkeeping/ accounting courses that I finished online.
