In processes, as an analyst and consultant in 3 companies, I created processes for the identification of errors in processes (manual QA) oriented to search algorithms, and elaboration of processes in areas of quality, logistics and repair.

I taught chess in schools and universities.

I have two ventures in the process of growth.

I work with ISO Standards, Scrum, Data Analysis, 5S. Kaizen. Continuous improvement. PDCA. Lean Manufacturing.

In IT infrastructure coordinator and responsible for migration projects, currently Service delivery Manager.
