My name is Thaís, I'm 30 years old, I'm originally from São Paulo - Brazil. I'm looking for a position on Customer Service, I have over 12 years working with costumers, including experience living abroad and I love to work with they. I'm very kind person, determined focused and I try to do over than people expect.

I have experience working with customer service over 12 years, Basically, I used to receive the purcharse orders from the customers or from the sales manager, manage daly the purcharse orders, provide the information about the status to the customers. I had also interface such as logistics departament, comercial and financial. If something wrong happend with the delivery I needed to solve with logistics departament, and manage until the customer receive the purcharse order.

In general, my function was to work with the order cycle .

I'm graduate in two degree, I studied Commercial Management and Foreign Trade, furthermore to live abroad in Ireland for one year to improve and develop the english and to challenge myself also.
