In my career I have been involved in a broad range of industries with over 9 years of working experience working in enterprise level systems including retail/ecommerce, academia and healthcare. My skills range from business analysis, IT software project delivery & implementation, and business process optimization and have over 5 years of experience leading client teams and internal resources towards project delivery.
I’ve worked extensively with Smartsheet to track project progress, Confluence as an internal team wiki, and JIRA for product enhancements & bug reporting. Throughout my career I’ve worked remotely through Zoom/MS Teams and have traveled on-site on location to clients for large implementations working in both Waterfall and Agile capacities.
