I am looking for the job of Office Administrator /Executive Assistant in Canada, either temporary or contract. My children are studying and working here in Canada. Therefore, I am looking for jobs here.
I have more than 16 years of experience working with MNCs, embassy, event management firms, engineering companies and with expats’ teams, high designated seniors in my career, with French, Germans, Americans, Singaporean, and British & Kuwaitis.
I have good knowledge of Hindi and English (both oral and written) – I am well versed in both the languages and have a basic knowledge of French.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Social Media Applications, ERP, Lotus, Concur, SAP online software. Good communication skills, ability to work in a team and managing correspondence. I have more than 11 years’ experience in the administrative profile, managing meetings and calendars. Travel arrangements, Domestic and International, Visa formalities, FRRO, formalities of mobilization.
