I am enrolled at a Post-Graduation degree in International Business Management at Algonquin College, since January 2023.
I am a skilled employee with strong organizational, technical and interpersonal skills. Trustworthy, ethical and discreet, committed to superior customer service. I establish good working relationships with co-workers, customer & clients. I am confident with interactions with individuals at all levels over the phone and in person. I have a strong ability to organize, prioritize, work under pressure, heavy workloads and deadlines.
I have 10+ years experience in client attending, problem solving and process development. I have answered phones, relayed messages and direct guests to their appropriate contacts or department. I can set up meetings, maintain filing systems, ordering supplies, distributing emails, regular mail and packages. I can maintain social media pages and assist others to do the same.
I am computer literate using company-specific software, Windows based software programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, AutoCad, Sketch Up and Lumion .
