I'm one year new to the Orillia/Simcoe Area. I completed my College Diploma for Cullinary in 2015 Followed by Completing the Ontario apprenticeship for Cook415A and writing/passing my red seal exam. Since then I have worked as a Sous Chef and Chef while I develop kitchen manegment skills. I have a lot of kitchen experince and a broad scope of culinary theory and hands on knowledge.
