Most of my career has been spent in the HVAC industry along with some tourism experience within a ski resort in the Austrian Alps.

During my career I have developed and grown companies to more than double their turnover and profit margins, working with business owners to analyse and assess their business and provide solutions to meet best practices, give five-star service, implement regular meetings and set KPI’s to progress the companies and trained staff to work correctly.

I also have attended Nexstar training for Operational Excellence, Service Systems and Business Planning Workshop and trained HVAC technicians with the Nexstar process. The sales techniques learnt within this training can be transferred across to any industry, in particular it aligns with the HVAC industry.

I also recently completed the Bold leadership training and qualified as a champion leader
