Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner and accurate manner and adhere to all government policies and regulations
Review invoices, manifests and other supporting documents to ensure all data elements are present in order to submit
Monitor and track shipment status frequently to provide information to clients, carriers, etc.
Troubleshoot rejects on Customs entries, for ACROSS and CADEX
Comply with timelines such as Customs for CADEX confirming, carriers for storage, etc.
Entry to CBSA via EDI or by preparing a hard copy paper entry
Research, prepare, and execute any additional documents required to satisfy Other Government Departments
