I bring over 20 years of Customer Service experience , with 5-7 years of RV and Automotive service experience as well as 5 years of billing and technical support .
I have worked in the service industry for most of my adult life , varying in jobs from restaurant server and host to call centre agent to technical and billing support agent to my more current position of service and warranty adviser,. I have developed excellent communication and listening skills as well as conflict resolution skills that have served me well in my personal development skills and abilities to better serve my customers .
High School diploma , + 3 years of University , with French and Sociology as my main focus
