For almost two years, I worked as a server for La Cage - Brasserie sportive, where I reached monthly sales quotas, did consultative selling, ensured customer satisfaction and mastered using a POS system. Through these experiences, I learned the art of upselling and client-based selling. I also acquired a knowledge of all Sleeman, Labatt and Molson Coors products.
I have a bachelor degree in Marketing, which I acquired at l'École des Sciences de Gestion (ESG) of UQAM in Montreal.
