I am a compliance and operations leader with over six years of experience in the global service industry. My diverse skill set includes compliance, risk management, customer relationship management, transaction monitoring, and RSA Archer, a platform for governance, risk, and compliance management.

As a deputy manager at VFS Global, I work with institution authorities and WES officials to activate databases, assign tasks and inquiries, and develop client service procedures and solutions. I also collect and set up data from vendors and third parties on RSA Archer, and collaborate with the Due Diligence Team. Previously, I was a compliance support officer at Muthoot Global UK Ltd, where I monitored and managed risk exposure, worked within KYC/AML standards, analyzed customer data, and coordinated with relevant departments to generate reports.
