I have over twenty years of customer service experience and over fifteen years working in a billing and collections atmosphere, using cash, credit and point of sale knowledge.

I have my Ontario Secondary School diploma and am a licensed Personal Support Worker. I also went to college to become a Medical Office Administrator.
