I have 20+ years of experience in public education at the K-12 and University level. Eleven of those years were in official leadership positions allowing me to select, grow, and empower others. I am dedicated, creative, and willing to take risks in order to successfully accomplish the goals of my organization.
I served as an education administrator (principal, assistant principal, director of instruction) for 10 years, a University Learning Specialist for 3 years, and an teacher for 10 years. In addition, I helped develop and lead training to grow other leaders for a school district for 5 years.
