Good knowledge in powershell scripting, Windows OS configurations, deployment and management. ManagedEngine systems, Office 365 Admin portal, AD and AAD.

Currently working as IT Support Specialist in aerospace company.
Providing support to engineers, documenting issues and solutions, creating knowledge base, taking care of new hires for smooth onboarding/offboarding process. Managing cyber security training for internal employees and managing our IT assets.
10 year experience as Field Service Engineer
I was assigned in different companies to act as first responder and liaison to higher level.
Onsite technician for laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, AV systems and printers.
