I am komal Devi. I graduated from Kurukshetra university, Kurukshetra, India.

I worked for a BPO company, Taskus, India for three years. I have ability to perform customer service and good at communicating with people in terms of delivering services to them.

As a Customer Service Specialist at TaskUS, 1. Worked in a team of five to helpapproximately 250 customers per shift. 2. Quickly processed customer credit cards, cash payments, and automatic debits. 3. Responded quickly, professionally, and accurately to customers’ inquiries regarding prices, orders, status requests, complaints, and product returns. 4. stayed updated on information posted by managers regarding promotions and events. 5. built rapport with customers by communicating in a friendly and professional manner to create long-lasting relationships.

I graduated in year 2021. i have major subject of chemistry. Currently, I am pursuing Chemical laboratory analysis in lambton college in Toronto.
