Im a dedicated and passionat person in Customer Service Associate, busines managemen , call cente managemen , sale managemen, communication skills et c… with over seven to eight years of experience. I continued with my studies in a campus in the same field ( business management, communications, and customer service, so i possess a graduate certificate.
Later on , selected on a managering position and sent for a customer service and management training by my employer, so I also have a certificate on that.
