I'm currently enrolled in MITT's diploma program and will soon receive my diploma with a concentration in sales and event coordination. For a few years, I worked in both administrative and customer service roles. I consider myself to be patient and friendly. I am able to work effectively under pressure and to identify solutions to issues. I enjoy learning about my workplace and being helpful to everyone.
My responsibility is to attend to the needs of the customers, including returns, refunds, gift cards, adjusting points and coupons, assisting with lotteries, etc. I've also received vault training, and I plan payroll and schedules. I have been working with Save-on-foods for almost 2 years now.
I am currently taking Sales and Event Coordinator Course in MITT and it is a diploma program of 1 year.
