In my current job at FCT I am a client facing rep working in Residential Title Insurance. My day to day is supporting Real Estate Lawyers insure their transaction for clients purchasing and mortgaging their homes. Primarily acting over phone and email I am communicating with clients to aid their transaction through the ordering and underwriting process.
I am an energetic individual who thrives in fast-paced and highly accountable positions. I love learning new things, reading and volunteerism.
I have 8 years of expertise in Customer Service jobs in many different avenues. Each position and team has equipped me with an abundance of tools and skills that have allowed me to perform in an elevated status of Customer Service and leadership.
My current place of employment is at FCT where I have been for 2 years.
I am currently completing my BA in History at the UoG. I expect to be done in August 2023.
