I have spent my career in the Trucking industry, either in Operations or supporting the industry in Software Implementation.
Transport Operations includes managing people and ensuring freight moves on time and efficiently. Software implementation includes working with customers to identify their processes and protocols establish the best practice within the software. I have also managed a team of Implementation Specialists and began developing the department systems to ensure on time and on budget implementations.
A high school education is just the start of my education. I have a lifetime of experience and a number of courses in public speaking. I have learned SQL (DB2) to an intermediate level and have learned to create Crystal Reports. I am well versed in MS Office and Google sheets.
