I perform IT production support, serve as the help desk for other departments, and provide IT and desktop support. I interact with all management levels to support all technology aspects, install, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software, and coordinate support activities with departments, internal teams, and third-party vendors. I manage service providers for technology service delivery, log interactions, document resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. I update desktop software, maintain application documentation, and manage user accounts. I install and upgrade network switches, routers, and repeaters, and handle computer systems and software diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades. I manage domain controllers, mail servers, and database servers, maintain and troubleshoot LANs and WANs, evaluate and install hardware and software, provide network problem-solving, implement security procedures, perform routine network operations, maintain records and data backups, and install and upgrade server hardware and software, setting up local area networks and Internet connections.
I hold a Network System Administrator Diploma from Sundance College in Calgary, Canada (2022), a Master of Science in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University in Kathmandu, Nepal (2011), and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Purbanchal University in Kathmandu, Nepal (2009).
