I have many years working in retail. I have experience in management roles such as shift manager, assistant head cashier, key holder, customer service and picking and packaging and shipping online orders.
Currently I am the mailroom manager in a small equestrian retail store. I pick and pack all online orders, prepare shipping labels and request package pick ups. Other duties include store opening and closing, key holder, count and maintain cash register money, customer service, processing phone orders, tech support for online orders, filing, message taking, and general cleaning and tidying of the store
I have a grade 12 diploma from Dr. G. W. Williams Secondary School
I have a certificate for HHIO from Seneca College
I am a certifed equine, canine, and feline first aid instructor
