I am an individual dedicated to the success of organizational ethics, values, and core competencies. In my professional experience in the HR domain, I believe all problems become smaller when you confront them instead of dodging them. I have always encountered various HR issues either it’s Engaging the Workforce, Attracting new Talent, Managing internal & external Relationships, Training & Development Strategies, Resourceful Talent Retention, Diversity in the Workplace, Embrace Inevitable Change or Employee Health & Well-Being with the communication, suggestions, and feedback from my superiors, subordinates, and my prior experience-based learning.

In turn, with my knowledge and experience working across various domains in HR, it's a fantastic ongoing work process of which I was fortunate to be a part. I’m overjoyed and truly grateful to be a member of the "CPHR" Manitoba family!
