Ted had been working in IT field for over 10 years. Ted had undergone multiple roles and responsibilities that include, remote installation of clients’ software, delegating tasks for other team members, troubleshooting hardware and software related issues, and imaging and deploying of computers. Ted had finished a successful asset refresh at the Exxon-Mobil where he assisted in the deployment of new laptops to clients. In August of 2018, Ted finished a project where he helped migrate TransCanada Pipeline computers to a Windows 10/Office 365 environment. From 2019 to 2020, Ted worked at the IT Solution Center at Exxon-Mobil. After a brief stint working at Field Law, Ted worked with the EUS team at TC Energy.

Ted had gone to BCIT to attend the Computer Information Program and the Computer Systems Technology Program. Ted completed the Network Technology Program at SAIT.
