Facilitate streamlined, efficient planning and execution of timed deliveries within the commercial supply chain.
Guaranteeing client satisfaction by monitoring key routes and driver movements to ensure that we deliver on time in full, first time to our clients major customers.
Update relevant systems to ensure accurate times and stock count is collated. Attend stock reconciliation meetings with client and key stake holders to resolved and discrepancies in a timely manner.
Resolve any customer complaints that arise either by email or telephone.
