I am currently working at Miller and Carter Rothley, in which I've worked for three years now. I'm a customer focused professional with experience in a fast paced hospitality environment. In this job I have picked up numerous skills which would benefit me in various job roles moving forward in the future.
In my employment I'm known for my ability to communicate with different types of guests tailoring this communication to suit their needs, working effectively under pressure, adapting quickly to different situations, positively and successfully aiming towards target sales in the business whilst remaining approachable and motivated. I am now looking to transfer these skills effective immediately in a new and more suited role of employment for myself in a position that gives me space to learn, grow within the business and be a meaningful contribution within the workplace.

In this job, I deliver a high quality service to all, whilst being trusted to work independently and often take lead during busier shifts. This role has strengthened my confidence in speaking and engaging with customers whilst building rapport with regulars.

This is a family run business that takes pride in offering a high level of customer satisfaction whilst elevating all weddings and events. This entails venue styling, co-ordination of the day, time management, multitasking and independent event management. As this is a family business, it is something that I am still in touch with and do like to get involved in every once in a while.
