My skills include an active listener, communication skills, people skills, leadership, ability to mentor and inspire others, time keeping, reliability , commitment and the ability to incorporate appropriate phone etiquette.

I have previously worked in a call centre within the finance industry organising mortgages for clients. Other experience includes 2x qualifications in personal training and gymnastics coaching also. I am looking for a new challenge that is local to me.

• gymnastics coach for 5 years. Within this i mentored SEN children aswell as running summer camps and squad classes
• personal trainer and gym instructing. I am qualified level 2 and 3, this is more of a hobby of mine. I have worked in a gym previously (everyone active), now i do home visits with family and friends.
• i have worked for Netflix on enola holmes 2 and sandman. This gave me the opportunity to work on set and on camera.
• New business customer advisor in a mortgage broker. I was a call centre agent working at a fast pace carrying out 150+ professional calls per day. I also trained people within my role ensuring that they have the right knowledge to complete the role.
