I am an experienced 2nd/3rd line engineer, with onsite and remote hybrid experience.
My knowledge is in multiple types of devices, MacOSX, Windows, Androids, IOS, Linux, Windows Servers. I also have experience and knowledge working with Windows Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Virtualisation Machines, Amazon Workspace, IGEL thin client and multiple policies set within servers and group policies.

I have both software and hardware engineering skills involving in multiple areas and components within the computing industry. This consists of networking, software, database, hardware, cloud and modern devices as well as my security and laws within IT.
I have completed my bachelor of engineering in computer software and hardware engineering. I have also completed my masters of science in Information Security and Digital Forensics.
