I have hold 2.5 years of experience in the IT sector ranging from the cloud communication sector to internal IT support within a chemical/disinfectant company. I am currently learning Python and MySQL to further develop my IT skills and bring further benefits for any company I work for.
I have graduated in Computer Science from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge with a 2:1. During my university time, I have covered many topics from C# software engineering and the processes, Databases, Mathematics for computing, Data structures & Algorithms as well as covering Networking.
My first IT job was at a company called StarLeaf specialising in cloud communication solutions. In this role I had to answer external support calls from clients as well as resellers and remotely resolving their issues, whether that be live troubleshooting or through our ticketing system using SalesForce. I also had to recreate costumer issues in order to investigate and resolve issues as well as gathering information through testing in order to escalate to senior colleagues.
My latest job at Tristel Solutions involved installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks and applications in order to maintain the company's IT infrastructure to a high and secure standard by implementing security policies. I also had to support the roll-out of new applications through Azure and Active Directory as well as managing company infrastructure using Microsoft 365 Admin center.
Bachellors degree in Computer Science at Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge
